Order lead time:
All items are handcrafted with one-of-a-kind designs. All our orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after you place your order. Please allow sufficient time for shipping which may take 2 to 10 working days, depending on types of shipment you choose.
Order Cancellations & changes:
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 2 hours) after you place your order. Cancellations or changes after this time period may result in delays with orders or refunds.
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail from Texas within 24 hours after your order has been placed. You can also indicate Priority Mail ($5.00), Express Mail ($19.00), Global Priority Mail ($21.00). All orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise noted.
We are not responsible for lost items after arrival of your items at the destination Post Office or Shipping Address. We are not responsible for any customs or related charges for international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, your products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs (if any). Items must be returned within 7 days after the delivery of the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition as they were shipped. Refunds will be credited via paypal or cheque, depending on your preference. For any return, you need to email us to obtain prior authorization. Any return request withou a return authorization code will not be entertained. To return an item, please see Return Procedures below.
A return authorization code must be obtained for a valid refund. Items should be returned in their original or similar packaging with a return authorization form filled up completely. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.
We only accept Paypal for payment simply because of its exclusive fraud prevention and security tools. For further information on paypal, go to www.paypal.com. You will be directly linked to your paypal account once you click on add to cart. We will not shipped to unconfirmed Paypal addresses.
